Will my print arrive ready to hang? 

Yes.  Our canvas prints come professionally gallery wrapped (the sides of the frame are a continuation of the image) around a timber frame, and come ready to hang.

 

Our framed art prints also arrive ready to hang.  

 

What if I want to frame my own print?

If you wish to frame your own prints, you can order unframed art prints which are delivered rolled in a tube.


How do I look after my prints? 

Canvas prints: Our canvasses are sprayed with a giclee coating which is a canvas sealant that protects against UV light, fading, and dust damage.

 

Do NOT use any sort of cleaning liquid on your canvas print.  A dusting cloth can be used with a light motion, or a vacuum with a brush attachment can be used gently to remove dust. 


Framed art prints:  Framed art prints are displayed beneath 3mm cast acrylic, which is easily cleaned, and has 10 times the impact strength of glass.  

 

Can my canvas prints be framed?

Yes, canvas prints can be purchased with a floating frame.

 

What colours do frames come in?  

Frames come in black, white and oak. Picture Frame moulding is made of natural materials and as such has slight colour variations. 


What are the frames made of? 

Frames are made of plantation grown, sustainable timber moulding. 

 

Shipping

 

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is absolutely free in AUSTRALIA.  

 

Where do you ship?

We currently only deliver within Australia.

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, we don't ship to PO boxes. Delivery must be to a physical address.

 

How long does standard delivery take? 

You can expect your order to take 14 working days, however, we endeavour to be quicker. 

Once your order is dispatched, delays in shipping are not the responsibility of SelectART. 

 

it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery details upon placing your order as we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been shipped

 

Customers are responsible for collecting goods from post office or couriers if goods were unable to be delivered. 

 

Returns

 

SelectART will take all reasonable steps to provide a fault free product. Your purchased product will be packaged with all reasonable care. 

 

SelectART will replace goods if they arrive damaged when reasonable. 

 

Loss or damage of goods must be reported to SelectART within 7 days of the date of your invoice, and cannot be replaced after 7 days of receipt of goods. 

 

Privacy

 

For your privacy, personal data collected is for our internal use only.

We WILL NOT pass your details onto a third party.

 

SelectART uses (??) a secure server that performs the processing of the payment, and is protected by the latest in hardware firewall technology. 

 

Your personal details are protected by secure servers.

 

SelectART will only use and disclose your personal information:

 

  • to provide the products and services you have requested
  • to administer and manage those products and services
  • to answer your enquiry
  • for marketing by email, specials on products, or services you have shown interest in.
